Gulshan Taj Skyscape – known as The G – is Gulshan Group's most ambitious vertical, a 57-storey mixed-use tower rising on a 10,500 sq metre land parcel in Sector 129 that the group acquired in 2021. The project is the product of a formal partnership between Gulshan Group and the Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), the Tata Group hospitality company whose Taj brand has set the standard for Indian luxury hospitality since 1903. Together they are delivering what will be, on completion, India's tallest Taj Hotel and the first Taj property in Noida.
The lower and mid floors of the tower house a 150-room Taj Hotel complete with an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, two specialty restaurants, and an 8,000 sq ft ballroom engineered for corporate MICE events and formal gatherings. Rising above the hotel, floors 17 through 56 contain 74 Taj-branded serviced apartments – just two residences per floor – each spanning approximately 7,500 sq ft. IHCL manages both the hotel and the residences, meaning that the service standards, concierge, and maintenance teams are drawn from the same institutional framework that runs the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai and the Taj Connemara in Chennai.
The G is only the second Taj-branded residential project in India, the first having been established in Chennai. For Noida, it marks a categorical shift: a city that built its reputation on planned residential townships now has a fully managed, hotel-serviced ownership product at the very top of the market. With a total project investment of Rs 1,000 crore and projected revenue of approximately Rs 2,000 crore, the scale of commitment from both developer and hospitality brand signals a considered long-term bet on the expressway corridor's trajectory.
Gulshan Group was founded in 1989 and has, over more than three decades, delivered in excess of 10 million sq ft of residential and commercial space across NCR. Its portfolio along the Noida Expressway includes Gulshan Vivante in Sector 137, Gulshan Ikebana across 12.5 acres in Sector 143, and Gulshan Dynasty in Sector 144 – a project that introduced on-campus farming and air-purifying systems to the luxury segment.
