The site in Gomti Nagar Extension is spread across approximately 10,328 square metres, acquired from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) for ₹120 crore through an auction. The project will comprise around 275 units, delivering approximately 1.50 million sq. ft. of premium residential space across both the Lucknow and Ghaziabad developments.
